Available in gas , dual fuel, and electric ceramic, so it is suitable for most kitchens. On the gas and dual fuel versions the hob layout offers five burners, one of which accepts a sit on griddle or a wok cradle (included) and a warming zone. On the electric ceramic version there are 5 heat zones and a warming zone, but no griddle. With two ovens a storage drawer and a separate grill its hard to imagine that you could run out of space. A matching hood and splashback is available to compliment the Professional 110, but please note the hood is 120cm wide.
